How gender influences retention

Continuing our LinkedIn Live Spotlight Series, Joy Burnford and Edward Haigh share the findings of our latest research on ‘How gender influences retention’. This new research is an update to our ‘Why Women Leave’ report published last year that was based on our survey of 4,000 women. The update looks at new data from around 1,400 men and reveals important differences between men and women in terms of the factors that influence their decisions about whether to stay with or leave their employer. You can download your copy of the research paper here.
