We host peer roundtables for sharing best-practice and facilitating connections, and a monthly bite-sized inclusive leadership learning series - impactful virtual sessions for up to 50 people managers per member organisation, designed to provide inspiration and practical tips for those responsible for leading people in an inclusive way.

She will also lead a discussion on what this means for supporting trans and non-binary people at work, and the main considerations for employers, HR and inclusion professionals, and people managers.
