This lunch is for HR and inclusion professionals from our member organisations to share best-practice and make connections. We will be joined by Jane Oremosu, co-author of ‘My Little Black Book: A Blacktionary: The pocket guide to the language of race'. Jane will lead a discussion on the need to help people as they discuss difference, race and inclusion within the workplace. We will also explore how we can support leaders and managers who feel overwhelmed by ever-evolving definitions and phrases or the fear of saying the wrong thing.
