We offer three tiers of membership: Core, Cascade and Custom. Whatever your needs, membership gives you easy and affordable access to an unrivalled suite of resources, expertise, support and community, helping you to make real and lasting change in your organisation.

Tier 1: Core

For organisations who need access to expert resources including leading-edge research, practical advice and networks

  • Annual research report and full access to our back catalogue of research

  • Enhanced online diagnostic tool with high level report and recommendations

  • Library of resources, guides, templates and toolkits

  • Quarterly ‘meet the expert’ Zoom Q&A on current topics

  • Participation in peer roundtables for sharing best-practice and collaboration and member network events

  • Bolt-on consulting and coaching services at member rates (10% discount)

Tier 2: Cascade

F or organisations who need mentoring, training and support to share and cascade skills and knowledge to your internal teams

  • Virtual 1-hour in-house manager training session on “Becoming a great ally: Practical strategies for female retention”

  • 3 x 2-hr virtual in-house group mentoring sessions for up to 8 people (for women’s network sponsors/leads, HR, D&I)

  • Your choice of a keynote speaker from our Expert Speaker Collective for a virtual 1-hr internal event

  • Quarterly membership check-in with your dedicated consultant

Tier 3: Custom

For organisations who need tailored consulting advice and coaching support

  • First £10k worth of consulting and coaching time included, member rates applicable thereafter

  • This could include supporting organisations to assess female retention gaps, develop gender equality strategies and implement practical solutions or interventions

  • Quarterly 1-2-1 sounding board calls with our Founder and CEO, Joy Burnford, on hand for ad hoc support when needed
