Brandie Deignan
Brandie Deignan is a Chief Executive Officer in NHS Primary Care. She is a distinguished leader with 20 years experience in consumer service delivery across hospitality, retail, and aviation. Her impressive career journey began as a graduate trainee at Hilton Hotels and has since encompassed senior leadership positions at British Airways Plc, Tesco Plc, Whitbread, Travelodge and she was the first female Managing Director at Marco Pierre White Restaurants. In early 2021, she transitioned to the healthcare sector, joining primary care within the NHS as Chief Executive Officer. She has held three non-executive roles in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
She is the author of The Sector Agnostic Leadership Playbook: Pivoting In Heels and has won numerous awards including being named among the top 15 BAME high fliers in travel and tourism, finalist at the Black British Business Awards in the Senior Leader, Consumer and Luxury category, a Top 50 Listening Leader and nominated in the National Diversity Awards for Positive Role Model, Gender Diversity.
