Charlotte Wiseman
Charlotte Wiseman is a member of the British Psychological Society and International Positive Psychology Association, and is an applied Positive Psychology and Leadership Consultant known for her pioneering research in Leadership Burnout and Mental Fitness.
It was her own personal journey overcoming chronic stress, anxiety and depression as a leader that first inspired her to explore applied positive psychology techniques in 2009. The changes she experienced were so inspiring that she left her long-standing career to pursue an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, a certificate in Neuroscience for Business and MHFA England Mental Health First Aid Trainer qualifications.
Drawing on her personal and academic background, and global experience, Charlotte has coached and trained thousands of leaders and individuals around the world to optimise mental fitness, maximising their performance and wellbeing. From start-ups to multinationals, her clients include brands such as Google, Soho House, innocent drinks, Accenture, Amazon audible, and British Land.
As a leader in the field, recently named as one of the top 10 most influential global voices in Workplace Wellbeing, Charlotte is a compelling international keynote speaker. She has also recently been featured in the Times Future CEO special edition, and is regularly invited to feature in specialist publications including the Journal of Public Mental Health.
