Fahrah Gulamhusein is a Purpose Coach and Inclusion Specialist at Encompass Equality. She coaches individuals, teams and leaders in organisations who are looking to elevate their performance though a focus on purpose and authenticity. Her coaching style is holistic, personal, and insightful and she works best with individuals who are open to learning more about themselves and how they are being experienced by those around them.

Fahrah is comfortable using a broad spectrum of coaching styles from deep thinking to aid clarity and space to a more directive style using models and sharing theories that can bring new thinking and eye-opening perspectives.

Fahrah is a qualified ACA and Accredited Executive Coach Practitioner (EMCC). After qualifying as an ACA and leading audits and M&A integration programmes in the financial services and entertainment sectors, she worked globally for 16 years in senior leadership roles in complex organisations, specialising in performance as well as talent & culture; this deep experience lies at the heart of her coaching, which embed a first- hand understanding of the realities of working in fast paced environments and the pressures of maintaining focus, motivation and productivity.
