Kate Davies (RN, BSc (Hons), FP Cert) is a Fertility Nurse Consultant & Fertility At Work Specialist at Encompass Equality. She is also an independent fertility and women’s health nurse consultant and director of Your Fertility Journey, an organisation providing high-quality advice and support for women and couples struggling to conceive naturally or who are navigating IVF.

Kate has over 25 years’ experience within the fertility and women’s health arena, and understands the challenges faced by both employees and employers with regards to fertility in the workplace. Kate delivers expert fertility education to employees, line managers and leaders, 1:1 employee coaching and assistance in developing robust fertility polices to help foster a more inclusive, supportive, educative and caring working environment.

When Kate’s not consulting, she can be found indulging in her passion for podcasting as the co-host of The Fertility Podcast. Using this platform to help break the silence surrounding infertility and promote positive and accurate fertility messages and information.
