Lisa Unwin

Lisa Unwin began her career in management consulting, becoming a partner in Arthur Andersen specialising in leadership, communication and change management. She later became Director of Brand and Communication at Deloitte.

Following her own six year career break, Lisa founded She’s Back to raise awareness of the potential, skills and experience offered by women returning to work after a career break or career hiatus. She is the co-author of She’s Back: Your Guide to Returning to Work which Arianna Huffington described as a “Must have guide to get more women back into the workplace”.

Lisa was named as one of LinkedIn Top Voices for her writing on women in the workplace.

Lisa is co-founder and CEO of the Reignite Academy whose mission is to help female lawyers have fulfilling, long term careers. On a day to day basis, Lisa is actively involved in all recruitment and coaching activities and regularly speaks at events on how to navigate a non-linear career.
