Membership benefits depend on which tier of membership your organisation has: Tier 1 (Core), Tier 2 (Cascade) or Tier 3 (Custom). Member benefits can be found on our Membership page. To find out which tier of membership you are on, email us at hello@encompassequality.com for further details. All members benefit from our member rate on additional consulting and coaching services (20% discount).

Encompass Equality membership focuses on supporting HR and inclusion professionals to make a positive impact on female retention and progression. Based on current data, it will take 134 years to reach full gender parity. Unlike other membership organisations in this space, our own industry-leading research and data helps our members understand the unique barriers and challenges that women from diverse backgrounds face, how they can retain talented women and how they can reach their gender equality goals faster. Through access to a collaborative community, clear guidance on strategies and practical solutions, we equip our members with the tools and deep knowledge to ensure women thrive and stay within the organisation, while recognising the importance of intersectionality. Each member organisation has an individual Membership Sponsor who is the main contact for your organisation and is responsible for managing the membership. If you do not know who your Membership Sponsor is, please email hello@encompassequality.com for assistance.

Resources can be found on the Member resources page, which includes full access to our annual research report, our back catalogue of research and our library of resources, guides, templates and toolkits. You will be sent a member password to access the member resources. If you have lost your password, please email hello@encompassequality.com.

Our member events are only open to registered members. Your Membership Sponsor will have been sent details on how to register for events on joining, and you can email hello@encompassequality.com for further details.
Members get:
5 places for quarterly ‘meet the expert’ Zoom Q&A on current topics
1 place for each peer roundtable
5 places for member network events
Events are held both in-person and/or virtually. Virtual events will be held on Zoom.
If you need to cancel your place at an event, please email hello@encompassequality.com so we can offer your place to another member.

On joining, your Membership Sponsor will have been given the name and contact details of one of our dedicated consultants who will be your main point of contact throughout your membership.
You will have an initial meeting, and quarterly membership check-ins with your dedicated consultant at which you will discuss booking your additional membership benefits:
Virtual 1-hour in-house manager training session on “Becoming a great ally: Practical strategies for female retention” (100 places)
3 x 2-hr virtual in-house group mentoring sessions for up to 8 people (for women’s network sponsors/leads,HR, D&I)
Your choice of a keynote speaker from our Expert Speaker Collective for a 1-hr internal event.

All Tier 3 members receive quarterly 1-2-1 sounding board calls with our Founder and CEO, Joy Burnford, who will also always be on hand for ad hoc support when needed. At those calls, you will discuss booking your additional Tier 2 membership benefits, and how you would like to use your first £10k worth of consulting and coaching time included in your membership (with member rates applicable thereafter).
